Collection privée rosé
Pastel hints
This pale sophisticated rosé is filled with exotic scents. Predominately mineral, its floral aromas gush onto the palate. A rosé which inspires simplicity, conviviality and discovery.
Wine making process
Harvested at optimum maturity. Cold pellicular maceration to extract the maximum flavour. Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press and juice selection. Thermoregulated alcoholic fermentation. Ageing on fine lees until bottling.
Collection privée blanc
An elegant intensity
This white seduces immediately with its aromatic palette of hawthorn flowers, acacia and sweet almond. It reveals all its qualities on the palate with a joyful succession of flavours of peach and pear.

Colour and body
Behind is lovely garnet red colour hides a full bodied wine evoking old fashioned, wild berry jams : blackberry and blueberry. The full, slightly spicy attack precedes a well structured mouth with silky tannins. The finish is long and elegant leaving a lovely powerful impression.
Wine making process
Harvested when slightly overripe, cold pre-fermentary maceration for 3 to 5 days to extract the maximum flavour, followed by thermoregulated alcoholic fermentation. Maturing in oak barrels.
