This wine is at first distinguished by its shine. Made exclusively from Rolle grapes, it renders its character with a fresh liveliness : a bouquet of country aromas, of honey, of sap and almonds.

This wine, with elegant ruby hues, has fragrances of spice, young red fruits and blackcurrants. Supple and round in the mouth, with just the right amounts fruity flavours.
Wine making process
Harvested at maturity, cold pre-fermentary maceration for 3 to 5 days to extract the maximum flavour, followed by thermoregulated alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in vats.
